Having a playroom that’s both functional and pretty is super important to me! I’m still working on a few finishing touches (like accent chairs and curtains), but with how picky I am—and how everything seems to be sold out or backordered right now—it’s taking a little longer than planned. That said, I’m really happy with the progress so far and wanted to share it with you all!

This space gets a lot of use. The kids do school here, play, do art, video games, read—basically everything except eat! Ever since we got the white couch, I’ve been very clear that food is not allowed in here. After a few weeks of reminding (okay, chasing) them, I think the rule has finally stuck!

The couch itself is a sofa bed from Ikea, and I made sure to grab an extra cover because, let’s be real—kids and a white couch are not the most compatible combo. No matter how careful I am, I know I’ll need a backup at some point!
